Terms for using PostFlow
Effective date: April 19, 2026.
1. Platform scope
PostFlow provides account authentication and social publishing features, including connecting supported third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok, then publishing content using your connected account tokens.
2. Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account details during signup and login.
- You are responsible for all activity performed from your account.
- You must protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Connected social accounts
- By connecting LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or TikTok, you authorize PostFlow to act on your behalf within the permissions granted during OAuth.
- You remain responsible for the content you publish through PostFlow.
- Third-party platform terms and API rules continue to apply to your use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use PostFlow for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Do not publish content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or platform rules.
- Do not attempt to disrupt service operations, bypass security, or access another user account.
5. Service availability
PostFlow may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve performance, security, or platform compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or third-party API uptime.
6. Limitation of liability
PostFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are violated, where legal compliance requires action, or where platform integrity is at risk.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of PostFlow after an update means you accept the revised terms.
